Reservations are valid from Saturday to Saturday for a week.

- departure time: no later than 10:00
The end of stay cleaning is included in the price except for the kitchen area (60 €), the linen and a cleaning kit are provided free of charge.

Conditions of reservation and cancellation
The reservation is effective after payment of deposit corresponding to 30% of the total sum. The payments can be made by bank checks, transfers or PAYPAL transfers. The payment of balance is made at the beginning of the stay by check or cash , by transfers or PAYPAL 1 week before your arrival.
If the client cancels his reservation within 30 days of his arrival, the deposit is considered as acquired by the lessor and no refund will be considered ...
An early departure during the stay will not give rise to any refund.
Bail
A security deposit of 500 € is required upon arrival.It is refunded at departure with deduction of possible breakage or deterioration as well as cleaning fees if the kitchen is not made clean (60 €)
